avoiding cat-claw hooks
treading across the carpet
naked from the shower
all the towels in the laundry
trying not to leave wet patches
we are thinking about writing
and the things we want to say
the way it might all play out
the certainty versus the doubt
the things we can do without
information downpour; fact drought
this too shall pass
water under the bridge
