The fact ideas are coming, makes me wonder about the decision on some level to pause, and the recognition of said pause, and the reapplication of the foot to the pedal.
I mean, look, I know what I wrote yesterday — and there is truth in that, but you have to be in the driving seat, and in truth you always are. You go forward — that’s you; you stop — that’s you. Never fool yourself that it is otherwise.
As I approach my fiftieth year, and my son’s first birthday, I feel I am imbued with more magic than I have ever been, and I am going to work to make all those ideas that have crowded up the backburner, pushed out into the spotlight.
